The International Thriller Writers announced the Thriller Awards yesterday. Winners included Alan Orloff's "Rent Due" for Best Short Story (in Mickey Finn: 21st Century Noir, edited by Michael Bracken), and David Heska Wanbli Weiden's Winter Counts for Best First Novel.
