SMFS list member John M. Floyd’s short
story, "The Messenger” appears today online at Allegory. It is part of the Spring/Summer 2019 issue. Mr. Floyd
also reports that it was a Pushcart Prize Nominee after it appeared in Futures almost twenty years ago. You
